In 2020, he and his wife Megan purchased their first vacation rental in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, seeking supplemental income and a family retreat. What began as a single property quickly grew into a thriving portfolio across multiple states—and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in this competitive market.
