Gary and Megan started their short-term rental journey in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee in 2020. What began as a plan to create supplemental income and a personal getaway quickly grew into a passion for hospitality and property management. Over time, they expanded their portfolio to include several properties across multiple states. Along the way, they immersed themselves in professional short-term rental education programs and masterminds, building a foundation of proven systems and strategies that propelled their properties to the top of their markets.
By early 2023, they noticed many short-term rental owners struggling to manage their properties amidst increasing competition. They also saw a growing demand from investors seeking a completely hands-off management solution. With this in mind, Revive Rental Solutions was born—a boutique management company designed to take the stress out of short-term rental ownership. Their mission is simple: to maximize revenue while caring for each property as if it were their own, ensuring every guest has a 5-star experience.
To maintain their personalized approach, Gary and Megan carefully expanded their team.
